Ive never had a business promise, something and then fulfill it until Newbern Air Conditioning. I needed a new air handler, I was quoted a price, And they told me they would wait on me to let them know when I could do it. They also told me when they ordered it. They would install it the day after it came in and they did just that. They are dependable and trustworthy.

Ive been doing business with this company for over 30 years theres no one out there in Polk county like them. I gave them five stars cause they didnt offer 10. If you want someone that gets the job done and stands behind their work call Chris Newbern at Newbern AC.

We decided to go with Newbern AC and I must say I am very satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism.. They did an incredible job and I didnt have to remortgage the house to pay the bill.. They explained everything that was wrong and fixed it the same day.. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of AC work
