Springer Bros. Air Conditiong & Heating, LLC

On March 5th they came to service our house air conditioner & our split air conditioner. About 2 weeks later I took apart our split air conditioner & realized that one of my filters were missing. We have called Spinger numerous times & they keep saying they will call back or they will have someone call us. Until today we have not heard back from them. All we can ant is for them to replace the filter they probably threw away. You can't buy just one of the filters you have to buy both of them together, they cost $65.00. So if anyone wants to use Springer make sure you make sure everything from your air conditioner's is still there. If they refuse to replace the filter they probably threw away they have lost our business.

I have heard that Springer was honest and fair. My prior service advised I needed a lot of work on a new system. Im glad I changed to Springer, who stated my system was fine. I will continue to use Springer for my yearly inspections and recommend them to others. Service: A/C system maintenance

Skylar came out to our home on Lake Marion and did a fabulous job helping us with our mini-split. He was super polite and friendly, and really knew what he was doing. We love Springer Brother's. They put in a wonderful HVAC in the house two years ago, and it works great. Would not work with any other HVAC company!! Totally top notch!

We recently had a new AC unit installed by Springer Bros and we are very happy with the unit and our entire experience. Everything has been great, from the initial quotes and meeting with our sales rep (Chad), to the installation day and team who installed everything (including some duct work), to a maintenance technician (Jason) who came out a couple weeks after to calibrate our thermostat (initiated by a courtesy follow-up on Springer Bro's end). Chad was consistently helpful (as we interacted with him quite a bit over several weeks), and the entire team of all employees we interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. We feel we are in great hands for future maintenance servicing and any unexpected issues should anything pop up down the road. Thank you Chad and the entire team at Springer Bros!

Our company StoneCrest Team does mold and mycotoxins all over Florida. In over 90 % of the homes and business the biotoxin and mold issues are inadequate and poor AC installations.
