        I am starting my 2nd 15 month lease at The Groves at Lake Juliana. It has been an amazing experience. Very quiet, nice neighborhood. The office staff is professional, helpful, and always very pleasant. The maintenance staff is top notch, responds quickly, fixes the issue, very pleasant too. We have loved living at The Groves.

        Maintenance is incredibly fast! Less than three hours from the time I put in the request to the time they finished the job. They were able to address the issues we presented all in one go.
