Myrna Brannon was recommended to me by a friend who had used her services. I found her to be unfailingly patient at explaining the buyers rights as we progressed through finding a home, putting in a contract, in one case withdrawing a contract for cause, inspections and how to get repairs made, all the way to closing. She was amazingly helpful and remains a source of information for home repairs and services. I am grateful, finding her made a stressful situation enjoyable.

Myrna was fantastic in helping me sell my house. She showed up the first day with all her homework done. She had all the details on my house, with the improvements. We sat down, talked about an asking price. House went on the market and sold in 2 weeks for more than the asking prince. Can't say you will get the same results, but she was fantastic and I thank her every time I am back in Jacksonville.
