During that time we have undergone major construction to bring the building to code and made smaller repairs & investments in the space. Throughout the entire process, the team at Petra has made sure they were in constant communication with us. We get face time with our representative when requested. Their team continues to treat us with respect, provide the attention we need to have an operational business in their space and has become a partner in our long-term discussions about our future.
