Foundation Systems is the BEST company if you are looking to repair a foundation crack in your home. I searched and got five quotes from five different companies and those companies all tried to charge me Triple the price this amazing company. Theresa McMahan walked me through every step from permits to warranty! The job was absolutely AWESOME!

Theresa is the absolute best! Very thorough, very detailed, and best of all- very adorable! Quality work done in a short amount of time. I love supporting local businesses and this is one I would use again. Very grateful to have found them. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

My experience with Foundation Systems Inc Jacksonville Florida was above expectations. Every question was answered, every step of the way. Once the permit was ready, the installation work began. Installers were on time and efficient. Everything went without a hitch. I highly recommend Foundation Systems Inc Jacksonville Florida.

I worked with this company to make major foundation repairs on my mothers house which is being sold. I worked directly with Theresa who runs the office and she was amazing!! She kept me up to date every step of the way and was always responsive to my calls and questions. Their prices are very fair and competitive in the industry. The quality of work was outstanding and passed inspection with the city right away. I would definitely recommend Foundation Systems for your foundation repairs. 10/10!!

I usually don't ever write reviews, but my husband and I were incredibly impressed with the quality, efficiency, and friendliness of Foundation Systems Inc. We can't thank them enough for how easy they made things on us. We're a military family, and had to get foundation work done on our home in Jacksonville while in the middle of a move from Texas to North Carolina. We were nervous about getting everything handled from afar (and with everything else we had going on), but Bill & Theresa made things incredibly easy on us!! Theresa was on top of the paperwork, and even filed our warranty paperwork for us so we didn't have to worry about it. Bill was also on top of things, and super efficient. He was very good about calling to update me on what was going on, and worked with us on scheduling times to conduct work around our tenant's availability. He even did extra things as a courtesy, like fixing our doors that were out of alignment, and making sure the outside area looked nice after the completion of the job, etc. He also dealt with and handled the subcontractors without any issue or hiccups. We've never had such a good experience with home improvement work, and I really can't say enough good things about this business. It meant a lot to us that they treated us so well, and were so kind, at a time we were pretty stressed out. It felt like they truly cared, which makes a huge difference and isn't easy to find nowadays. We also feel very confident and happy with the work that was done. If you want to work with good people that will follow through, and get the job done, these are definitely your people!
