Great company!! Very helpful with selection, answering questions. Packing was outstanding with each plant watered, base wrapped in plastic, fast delivery. This company has been in business for many decades. I can understand why!

I bought about 25 crape myrtles 3 years ago. I followed the instructions precisely according to the instructions included and according to every newsletter sent out by the company (to this day). I had 4 not survive. I contacted the company about this to inquire if there was a warranty since it was through the first growing season, but never received a response. I sent another follow up email, but that was ignored too. That was 2 years ago. Last year I decided to just eat the cost and lack of follow up customer service and purchase the additional plants that I needed due to not all of them surviving. I again emailed the company, but this time I asked them to let me know what was in my original order since I had ordered so many to recall specifically which ones needed replaced, as they were ordered by height and color scheme for my yard. However, again no response. Brings me to the present- still needing crape myrtles and very hesitant to purchase new from this company because it seems that they just sell you their product but there is no concern by the company following that point (now in looking at their other reviews, this seems to be a theme). There is also no phone number listed on their website that you can actually call them, so you are left sending unanswered emails. Also, as an update, of the ones that did survive (which to their credit was the greater majority of my original purchase), they are still growing but they have grown slowly and have not filled in yet to what I had imagined/ anticipated. I am hoping since I am already pretty invested in them growing and already have so many planted that they will fill out and grow as advertised.
