        Most people will get pricey track homes as a result. It is very hard to work with the builder to customize your home more than the pre-set track package even with our own architect help in adjusting their floor plan. The builder makes it deem very expensive to make even changes within the roof line compared to other local fine builders. The communication process is mostly broken. Lot of time have been wasted as most of what we had discussed and been informed by the sale person would be contradicted later by the builder.

        Purchased a home here in Amariah Park and happy we did. Love the friendly neighbors and beautiful walking and biking trails nearby.
