Excellent experience! I updated some equipment on an older Davis Instruments Vantage Pro. I got very competitive prices from Scaled Instruments, along with ultra-quick shipping, perfectly (and safely) packed gear, and everything fit perfectly. My system is up and running just like new! I had bought the Davis "upgrade kit", but too many of the items did not fit (the anemometer, the windvane, and the anemometer upgrade thingy). It turns out that my Vantage Pro is pretty old. I sent the upgrade kit back and just bought individual items from Scaled Instruments and I'm glad I did. I saved money and got the stuff that I really needed. In the future, I will only buy from these guys!!! Highest, highest marks to Ryan and Scaled Instruments!!!

Factory parts, excellent prices, reasonable shipping cost, items arrive quickly, fast service, personal response from a human that happens almost instantaneously if you have questions. They have always gone out of their way to make me happy. Just overall terrific!!! I have ordered from them several times over the past several years and EVERY time been 100% completely satisfied. I would give this business 10 stars if I could.
