I had a great experience working with A-team for polishing our concrete floor and I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to do that work. They do excellent work and communicated well to make sure the job was complete in a timely manner. They ran into issues with our floor since our floor was unique (it had metal bits in it!), but the issues got them more excited about the job, even though it made the job harder. They are professional and clearly care about doing good work and making sure we were happy with the job. I think anyone doing concrete polishing has to come into it with realistic expectations that you will never know what your floor looks like until it is polished down. Every floor is unique with its own colors and patterns based on the life of the floor and how it was poured. Mack did a great job explaining that ahead of time and was equally excited as me to see how the floor would come out. If I had more floor to polish I would call A-team in a heart beat!

We needed carpet stretched. It wasn't old, but the carpet installers had done a very poor job. The carpet had rolled up in the middle of every room! We tried to stretch it ourselves and failed miserably. A-Team came out when they scheduled, they worked hard to get the job done and they charged a reasonable price. Mackneil used a power stretcher and then cut all the excess and re-tacked a 2000 sq ft home in one day. We then had the carpet professionally cleaned and it looks almost new! I am recommending them to all of my associates.

Mack was amazing to work with. He was very responsive right from the beginning. He was quick to meet with us and give an estimate. He was concise on expectations. He worked with us on our limited time frame. He was flexible when we had a few setbacks in our timing. Once he started, he worked around the clock to complete the project. The finished product is exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend A-team to anyone who needed their services.
