        First let me start by saying- the last two years I have been using Castillo to do my taxes and the ladies have always been super quick, happy and very helpful! They even go out of their way to help over the phone or whatever the case may be! Im so happy to be with them now! Thank you ladies!

        She was super nice. Literally lasted 10 min in her office. Made a mistake on our direct deposit. Have called several times & no answers have been given from her directly. Have asked to speak with her and not her receptionist. One week later - still haven't received response from her.

      I just got off the phone with her husband and have been in contact with him on a daily bases since this issue was addressed. He has apologized a few times for his wife comment. There was an issue with their direct deposit and the issue is being looked over by the IRS and the bank to get resolved. :) .
