I have not experienced that from this funeral home Jackie, help I and my family so much she knew that we had a budget and she helped us save alot of Money My father looked amazing he looked as if he was asleep in his recliner I most definitely recommend this Funereal home very supportive .

I Don't recommend them to anyone. They were great at first, but once I handed them 13,045.00 in cash, that was it. My mom did not even resemble herself, they had her face blowed up, it was not even on the sides, just looked like a rushed job. Her chest area was even worse. Her nails were dingy. I do understand that they are not gonna look perfect, but I expected my mama to resemble herself. I made several calls about a headstone, speaking to the lady at the front office, she said I will have someone call you. That has been 2 months ago, with no returned call. Very disappointed with Ponger Kay Grady funeral home. I would advise you to use someone else for your loved ones.

Fred was very understanding and patient with helping me make the arrangements for the unexpected death of my mother. I live out of state and wasn't sure what all was needed. He took the time to talk to my family and get everything arranged.
