Shakena, Chantel, and NP Ramos were great. Brought my kiddo in and we were in and out quickly. They were kind and efficient. Thank you for the great care.

Had a sinus infection that wouldnt quit. Went online and was able to make a same day appointment. While at check in, was greeted by 2 super friendly staff members- Shakes and Shantel who made the process super easy and quick. I needed a drink due to a coughing fit, and was even offered a cold water bottle rather than the public fountains. It might sound simple, but the customer service when you arent feeling well was really appreciated. Dr. Ramos came in and got me out of there with medicine so I was able to take it that night and wake up feeling 100% better than I had in the last 10 days. I know these doc in the box places can sometimes be understaffed and hectic, but the staff at the new Apopka location made you feel like you were visiting your primary doctor for treatment. Thank you!

Wasn't pleasant because you did nothing and charged . Waste my $ 149 my money. I would have gone to hospital emergency room You are nothing but crooks

My son and I arrived 20 min before they closed. The staff was very efficient, courteous and helpful. 2 thumbs up to all.
