You can never get an appointment when you need one. They want to send you to Windermere. They have lost labs and imaging and although I started going here for a one stop shop, they say they don't draw blood here anymore. Dr. Tedder is amazing but the staff is Not!

1 star is 1 too many for this place. They lost my blood work, lost my CT scan and placed an order for blood work but never entered it into the system. The staff is awfully unprepared and I don't trust them with my health anymore.

Great atmosphere and customer service. Steve and team were friendly, relatable, and cared about things outside of the reason for the visit. Highly recommend this team and location for anyone looking for a provider.

It is been a year since I started attending this clinic with Dr. Tedder as my PCP. I really love him because he is very caring. I was very disappointed when I learned that he will no longer be at this office. Anyway I was scheduled for an appointment to see Steven and when i arrived I could not find a park close so I checked in at 4:35 and was informed by the receptionist IN HER PAJAMA that I was 5 minutes late and would not be able to see Steve any more. Mark you, the waiting room is always empty every time I visit this office. I would like to see medical professionals who I can trust with my care. I really wanted to be seen because I had an issue that needed attention and i was schedule for a week out. IT IS SO SAD THAT IN THIS DAY AND AGE THE ONLY THINK THAT IS IMPORTANT TO PROVIDERS IS MY INSURANCE ID NUMBER....
