        As I was on my way to go have my phone looked at a possibly "fixed" store I was directed to by phone support, I was passing by this Appoka store. I thought to my self I would rather go talk to them first. I had spent a lot of time on the phone with that technical support, my issue not fixed and feeling quite dissatisfied, I stopped in in the Apopka Spectrum. I was greated by Jose, I explained my frustration and issue. We went through a few questions, he said try this btw..... it had to do with my phone no longer working with the Bluetooth of my car. It would pair but then just keep goind around and around on the hamster wheel of being connected, not connected. It would not stay in one state long enough for my phone to even be used. In not more that few 3-5 minute's he gave me a solution, it worked and I AM ONE HAPPY CAMPER! Thank you Jose for you respect, sympathy, knowledge and willingness to think of all the scenarios to help me!! GREAT JOB!!
