Amanda Kimmel: Allstate Insurance

Was auto assigned this agency when purchasing my All State policy.My experience is different from all these 5 star reviews I see. This agency never answered or returned my calls. Sent request through email and never got confirmation that it was completed, even though later on it was when looking at my policy. Wanted to cancel but again did not answer call, or email. I went to the office and door was locked at 930AM when google dictates they open at 830AM. Called, no answer again, had to call main All State number who transferred me to their outsourced call center (India). They were able to help me and cancel my policy in 5 minutes. This agency does not control All State's rates, which is my reason for switching but they do control their own customer service.

Excellent service from the people at Amanda Kimmel Allstate for many years. Our house, cars, golf carts, camper and trucks are insured through Allstate. Amanda and her team are very responsive virtually 24/7. I would highly recommend this company. The Allstate claim process is excellent. Had to make our first claim and the agents were very responsive and worked directly with the repair facility for a prompt resolution and repair. It is good to know I'm in good hands with Amanda Kimmel's Allstate group.
