KTS has definitely changed my life! Not only from a physical aspect but mentally as well. I went from being overweight and insecure to within normal BMI for my height and very secure in a short amount of time lol. The planned workouts and relationships that KTS go out of their way to build are amazing. I often look at these trainings as not only a workout but a work-in also.

Nate walked into my life February 22nd 2021 and since then with his different strategies & techniques we went from 3 days to 4 days a week I've lost over 100 lbs. I'm faster than I ever was, I can jump higher than I ever could and I'm stronger than I ever was. He shared his knowledge even a few books with me that inspired me and he even continues to inspire me today I've become a different man with Nate in my life,couldn't ask for a better trainer or life coach at any stage in life. I'd definitely recommend KTS.

Nate is a great trainer, but he is also an even better person. He makes sure you guys are on the same page with your goals and comes up with a great plan to help you achieve it. He will also be there for you outside of the gym if you need him to. He pushes you and challenges you to do better and be better. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone
