I want to give a huge shout out to Angel! She was so sweet and very helpful! I had a lot of problems with my account and I was there with her for so long trying to figure it out, and she was really patient. I think this girl needs a raise and a promotion! I wish I could give her 10 stars but 5 is the max haha.

My spouse and I were racially discriminated by a guy name Alexis, very rude. Telling us very nasty words other agent ask him stop he will or stop or give her a chance to speak..We call tmobile cc and they heard all he had to say to us as customer... try to tell my spouse he cannot afford to buy a phone cash told us to get out his store.. tried to contact a manager each time I call the store Alexis would answer the phone , and tells me the manager will not speak to me.. please do not visit this place

They don't bother answering their phone.
I need a replacement phone. I can go in to get it, but they wont help me.
Even though the phone is mine, they refuse to do it because the account is in my sister's name. They tell me that I need her to come with me.
This is impossible.
She lives in TEXAS. She tried to call. No Good.
You have a problem.
FIX IT!!
