First time my grandson was involved in an accident.... His car is dear to his heart, as he received it as a gift from his grandfather before he passed. The physical appearance of the car after the accident was stellar and he only needed a new hood. After working with the Insurance company, he was advised to take his car the Classic Collision for repairs. He left his car and received no follow-up for 1 week. He called and was then informed his car was totaled by the insurance company which was not the original case. He was completely shocked as he had been driving his car for weeks. He then decided to retrieve his car to seek another estimate. Upon arriving at Classic Collision, to his dismay, the vehicle had been disassembled (the front-end grill, side panels and hood removed, and open to the environment). After he expressed, he would like to keep his vehicle for sentimental reasons and to seek alternate estimates, Classic Collision informed him he would have to pay an unreasonable reassembly fee. In working with this company, my grandson received no communication or status updates. THERE was no follow-up regarding progress or estimate for pickup, the front desk receptionist had no answers and the practices seemed to be biased as well. After we worked it out with the insurance company, we had to pay the fee and my grandson car was returned to him in the worst condition... Classic Collision duct taped the grill and bumper panels, poorly reassembled the hood and exposed the vehicle to the rain in their care. We are exploring if we can take further action. Please be advised, this is really unfortunate for my grandson to be taken advantage of as he is really respectable and mild mannered. Classic Collision you should be ashamed. Be Aware Consumers... State Farm, I can't believe this company is still on the recommendation list.

The entire team was so professional! Mark, Victoria, Emily. Only one who was not is somebody that works there. He had the poor guys doing all the work to try and get my car to me on time. All I kept hearing from the back of the store was complaining and not wanting to do anything the manager asked. All he did was sit and not help to at least clean the car, other than that, very very great place and do recommend taking your car there.
