I have used them for several years. You always get a block of time for your appointment. The techs are very good about showing up within that window and will call to let you know they're on their way, if requested. They have great customer service, are very cordial and respectful of your home and have always done exactly what I've asked. My only concern is that, it does seem to take about one to two days for the carpet to completely dry. I will use them again.

I am very disappointed with the company. I scheduled my carpets to be cleaned 2 weeks in advance and I was provided an appointment between the hours of 8am-12pm. I was contacted the day before to confirm my appointment and I confirmed. The day of my appointment No one arrived. I called the owner and he was very rude, arrogant and stated that there would be no compensation for the delay or lack of communication. He stated he can come late or cancel my appointment. I stated that I had other obligations and appointments to attend and he had no consideration for other businesses or respect for their time. I mentioned that its unfortunate he does not realize how inconvenient this was and he stated he did not care. He laughed at the amount of times I scheduled as if my money wasnt any good to his company. He made excuses and said it is what is. I would rather scrub my carpets by hand before I would recommend anyone use this company. The service is awful and the technicians use the job as an opportunity to promote their own services.
