        My mother in law was a patient of his for many years but she passed away seven days ago. Her wish was to be cremated but this doctor was refusing to sign the death certificate. It is stressful dealing with something like this and this doctor made it even more so. Very disappointing that he would be that way.

        If I could give negative stars I would. My mother in law was his a patient for many years. She passed away 7 days ago and he is refusing to sign the death certificate. This is already a very traumatic time for our family and to have this added layer of stress is unacceptable. To leave her remains at a funeral home and not being to cremate her as she wished is heart wrenching.
