If I could give a 0 star I would. My husband had teeth scheduled and pulled yesterday morning at 9. They pulled the whole mouth in less than one hour did not keep and observe him at all and he got up out of the chair and straight to my car. Pouring blood. I had to stop the car and he had to get out bc the blood loss was so bad. We went to the ER and they could not believe what was going on. They couldnt stop the bleeding and the head ER doctor at Flagler called and spoke with tue dental office saying he needed to speak to the van Etta. He lost so much blood they had him on stand by for a blood transfusion. Not one call back during the next 6 hours in Flagler. The ER doctor called repeatedly. Chris was sent to Baptist and they also said this was not okay to be sent home not to return hospital calls and they kept him until 3 am with packing his mouth taking out the problem temp dentures and trying to get his moth to clot. Its ten the next day still no call back from the dental office. I called and would not be transferred to the doctor by office manager Tiffany. After explaining everything sue tried to tell me her had a infection. No he did not. This was a scheduled procedure. Chris had no infection and she wouldnt respond To why Chris wasnt evaluated, why the doctor didnt return calls to us or the ER. I was hung up on 4 times and muted by Tiffany again the office manager when I repeatedly asked to speak to the doctor. My husband Chris is still sitting up bleeding bad and nothing is being done. No call back from the doctor that pulled these teeth still. Do not go to this establishment. This is unprofessional and had cost us thousands of dollars and pain and suffering.

Dr. van Etta spent less than 20 seconds looking at my teeth after a 2.5 hour appointment and didn't even say anything to me. It was obvious that his staff was TERRIFIED of him. I understand they're bundling the diagnosis and delivery of a treatment plan with the execution of the plan in 1 appointment, but there was NO consideration for my work schedule during this last-minute change in duration to my appointment. No one even asked or gave me the option. I was just stuck there and had to miss meetings as result. The staff seemed exasperated when I had to ask for my phone to manage my work schedule as a result. The office was super unprofessional. People were yelling at each other and it was incredibly disorganized. A very young and inexperienced assistant took over 20 X-rays of my teeth - I've never had 45 min spent purely on x-rays in my life. She kept doing it wrong and I question the amount of X-rays that had to be taken. Maria - who spent 90% of the time with me actually assessing and fixing my issues - was charming and doing her best under the circumstances - but she was also being overworked and frankly abused as one of the only competent members of the staff because Dr van Etta does not seem to care about the quality of his services or happiness of his own staff. I will never return.
