Claudio's Pest Management

We had been battling a rodent problem that had manifested underneath our home. We hired one outfit, had the exclusion done, but when we still heard rodents - they let us down. We were going nuts with hearing scratching and gnawing underneath our floor boards all night long. Our dog was going nuts too - running around the house and barking at the registers - trust your pets, they know! After being told the first company would continue to send someone out, they just stopped and ignored us. It was a Friday, we decided to fire the first company and called Claudio. Not only did he listen to us, he came out the next day, Saturday, accessed the house a lot more thoroughly, even checking inside the registers and found evidence of recent activity - even AFTER the first company telling us they got everything for three months! Claudio sealed additional areas and set more traps to cover the areas the first company did not cover. And he did not charge us an emergency service call!! WOW. The first company charged us hundreds of dollars, in addition to the hundreds of dollars we paid to replace chewed up AC duct. Claudio has been straight forward, told us what to expect and not to expect, even if we didn't like the sound of it. But he is very honest and trustworthy - he will not feed you a line of BS like others have tried to do. I cannot say enough and give Claudio an A+++++ recommendation. And, we do not hear anymore rodent noises at night, our dog is not barking her head off, and we finally have PEACE & QUIET!!
