My wife spent hours on the phone trying to get our son's MRI scheduled. The person she talked with was so rude it was unbelievable. I wish the person would have given their name but they did not....we ended up going elsewhere. This person should be fired for their actions.

2 hour wait time for a scheduled X-ray. The 2 people operating the equipment fumbled their way through the 4 or 5 images they needed. I'm not confident my doctor will receive adequate x-rays.

I brought the orders for my scans that I downloaded from MyChart, but they are unable to use them even though they had an order ID, authorizing provider, and all of the information to enter the order. The staff were nice, but the whole situation makes no sense.
