Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Altamonte Springs

Wonderful! I so highly recommend. From the start Terri helped me so much, She was hands on and went above and beyond to help us. The staff is amazing! They keep you updated and in the know every step of the way. My family member was in another rehab and I couldn't even get an update when physically there. Encompass called me and had a meeting with his entire care team. Clean, private room, caring, fully staffed. Just absolutely wonderful!!!

Encompass is the most wonderful, comprehensive, capable, caring, professional, supportive, I could go on and on. Both parents (-and an in-law) have been treated at the facility and it is world class care. This is the only rehab facility I request when a loved one needs their services. From the desk attendant, house keeping, techs, nurses, doctors, therapists, are all capable and kind.

The team at Encompass Health exceeded our expectations to rehabilitate our Mom for requalification to memory care in a short period of time. Paul was a diligent and communicative case manager from admission to discharge. Thank you for your commitment to her care.

All I have to say is I wouldnt even send my dog to be cared by them. My brother was a stroke patient. He was not getting the proper care so I reached out to quality control and gave my complaint and they connected with head of nursing and never got to speak to doctor even though we requested it to nurse and message never given to doctor supposedly. Then once that happened my brother got all the reprocussion of me complaining. He sat in a chair waiting for a nurse to put him back in bed 3 hours. We had to also request the midline be removed from his arm for 3 days and he had major blisters. Doctor ordered at sat CT it took 2 days . So I have some of there workers working in my building and I told them what my complaint was and I was told Mike the the head of this place would be calling me and that has never happened so bottom line I wouldnt recommend this place at all and that is not even all of it!!!!
