Marci is a pro in every sense of the word. Masterful in execution and so deeply experienced in the entire process of Real Estate; Marci always made us feel comfortable, educated and safe throughout our entire transaction. Marci is deeply connected with many other professionals in the field that we felt very supported and trusted her and her colleagues at every step. The biggest thing that stood out to us was that Marci cares deeply about her clients from a moral human level, and she operated from a strong foundation of empathy and respect. We can't thank Marci enough for how she handled and managed the sale of our home. When listing, she did everything you could imagine to market our place and make it known that the space was available. We were able to get an offer very quickly because of this, even with the tough interest rates! Although our original buyer backed out for personal reasons, she was able to turn around and get us a new contract in less than 48 hours! We had our eye on another home and she was determined to keep everything moving forward so we wouldn't miss out on our dream home. She was very communicative throughout the whole process and kept us up-to-date and informed every step of the way. We are so grateful we found Marci at an open house and used her as our realtor. Marci, where to begin.... Having been your friend for long before being your client, I am just so impressed with your abilities as a real estate agent. Everyone has friends in the industry, and you know i have been through this process numerous times previously, but never have I felt the level of actual BENEFIT having an agent on my "team." Typically, agents are mostly transactional, dealing with the paperwork, showing homes, being nice to you and other agents... but being essentially soft when it comes to the business/financial side and actually helping their Buyer with everything else involved throughout the home buying process. You, on the other hand, not only assisted BEFORE (showing homes on and off for nearly 3 years) and DURING (with back and forth negotiations -- again, showing significant value here, advising me on both sides of the transaction -- as well as multiple home visits for inspections, contractors, estimates, phone calls, etc), but even more importantly AFTER (additional visits for ideas on repairs/upgrades/design suggestions/bringing me samples of flooring...and overall helping me keep my sanity lol). I have always heard of your prowess as a real estate agent and now, thankfully, was able to experience it first hand. Wow. Coach Shaun would even give you an A+ Highly recommended!!!!!!

We used Marci to sell our home in Longwood and purchase a new property in Sanford. She did an excellent job marketing our home to sell, and we received 14 offers in 3 short days! Marci sold the home 19K over asking price, as well as an excellent job negotiating repairs after the buyers demanded a new roof (that completely wasn't necessary). During the house hunting process, Marci was more than willing to show us as many houses as we wanted to see, and fully explained any detail or terms we had questions about. I am so glad I had Marci through the process! I would definitely recommend Marci for selling or buying of a home!
