Officer manager was exceptionally rude and discriminitory against those who are receiving controlled substances from other providers. I inquired about services OUTSIDE OF THE REALM OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, so both therapy and psychiatric help absent of controlled substance and was refused service and was not given an opportunity to get clarification/ she refused to let me speak to the supervisor or even give me her supervisors name to call back later. The office manager imposed herself and would not elaborate on anything even after I told her services I were seeking were simply therapeutic in nature. Even going as far to laugh and say "you can talk to her but you're not gonna change my mind hahaha" I will be filing a formal complaint with the state medical board about discrimination. What kind of sick attitude is that? Even accusing me of bouncing to find multiple providers to prescribe controlled substances even after telling you my doctor of THREE YEARS manages all that and that your focus on that was irrelevant. Edit: wow the lackluster response from who I believe is the "office manager" who refused to name herself on call. You are the only one who knows the context of the call and were extremely rude and did not explain anything and feigned even speaking with a "supervisor" just to give me contradicting answers, and after reading the other reviews, you guys have exemplified that you have zero accountability and actively point fingers elsewhere towards your clients. I believe anyone who is seeking psychiatric care should definitely seek elsewhere especially if just trying to put you foot in the door is gonna be met with such arrogance. Lady, you are extremely rude, curt, and have no business being in any form of leadership nor looking over the any minute form of care in this field. You have a disgusting attitude and seem to not care to want to extrapolate or perform your job with any explanation. The only verbal hostility displayed was after dealing with haughty, pompous clerk who actively avoided getting her supervisor on the line to give an actual explanation instead of running around in circles to avoid any reasonable explanation and to hurry me off the phone while I was explaining any services sought after would be unrelated to controlled substance. You displayed a clear prejudice with your tone and management. Edit 2: It looks like the original disrespectful response by the office manager was replaced by something more professional and mindful. I wonder if she got fired for her lack of manners but looks like someone else is handling these relations. Good riddance.

Ana is one of the best psychiatrist there is. She has helped so much with my anxiety and my depression! I am in a much better position and stability with my mental health. Highly recommend!!!

Yesterday was my first visit to the clinic and I was very, very pleased with the service, the qualifications of the specialist and the environment. Dr. Nelly is a very nice woman and really tried to help, understand the situation and offer the best options for my situation. She didnt insist on anything, didnt try to impose unnecessary services and unnecessary medications. I highly, highly recommend this clinic.
