I called and spoke to Tere yesterday at 8:46am as I am looking for a rental. She said to text the line and that she would get back to me that day. It has been 24 hours with no response and no one is answering the office phone. Another Property manager From a different company answer the phone and his email very promptly, those units are in the same complex. Would not recommend this property management company, they are unresponsive.

Teresa Alvarez was always one step ahead. She acted as our property manager when we rented our condo and as our sales agent when we decided to sell. Great service all around. Highly recommend!

We immediately felt in good hands with Tere and her team. Moving to Florida from NYC, we were able to get a live virtual-tour of the apartment that we immediately loved. The application was flawless and the portal that GPS operates enabled all documents to be uploaded and tracked for review without confusion on the next steps. The process was very simple to follow, and every time we had a question we've been able to get directions very quickly. GPS guided us all the way and we've been very impressed by their support. Highly recommended.

I called and emailed various times after submitting my application I did not hear back then was told I wasn’t approved because i didn’t complete the second part of my application which I wasn’t even aware of Due to the lack of communication.
