Very unprofessional. Ive been trying to get services for almost a month now and Ive been scheduled 3x with no technician showing up. The technician said they came and I didnt answer the door which is also a LIE because they never came !!! They are unreliable and unrealistic with their time. I am completely not satisfied with this company and hopefully they will get better eventually.

I wrote a negative review two weeks ago with a picture included and the response was that someone would reach out to me to make it right....that never happened. Additionally, my service summary indicated the technician was there for 3 minutes. Hard to do a thorough job in 3 minutes. Plus the last straw was that someone from their irrigation department would be contacting me. That was on 3-23-23 and I STILL haven't heard back. Steer clear of this company and all the empty promises made.

We had Heron upgrade out sprinkler system. We did not get the full coverage as promised and a water filter. The salesman said because we had a well and the sprinkler heads they use can get clogged and that a filter would be installed. The filter was not installed. When the supervisor came out to reinspect, he said he would take care of the areas not covered but I would be responsible for the filter. He said the salesperson told him that he was leaving it up to the work crew to decide. That was never told to me and one of the reasons I used these folks was because I was to get a separate filter. You only get a completed bill that is not itemized. Summery, don't count on what the salesman tells you to be the final result. Check around because there were other companies that were more competitive. The local customer service rep was not helpful. Takes forever to get a return phone call. Corporate employees were great to talk to. And very helpful. The work crew, especially Kyle was great. They worked very hard and were very helpful. Again, especially Kyle. They also made sure I had adequate zones to do the job that the salesman did not bid. Unless it's warranty work, they will not be utilized by myself or my wife again.Â
