        Booked a reservation for a cargo van, and when I showed up the line was all the way to the door. Waited 15 mins to get to the counter and began the check-in to find out they didn't have any vans available. Then they tried to check around for one at another location. But closest was Winter Park which was to fat away as I was already late to puck up my stuff from a storage place. Then a van was there but hadn't been checked in yet so had to wait another 10 mins to get the key and check out. Very unorganized! I wasn't the only one who was told they didn't have the truck they reserved there was 2 others while we were there. The return process was much easier. Although the staff member we had was very friendly and nice. But need to work on the check-in process and online reservations.
