I had lab orders faxed from 2 providers and I brought in the order from the 3rd provider. When I came in they only drew blood from the 3rd provider. So I went again and they didn't draw blood for all of the tests for one of the providers. Now I have to go in a 3rd time to get blood drawn for the rest of the tests for one of the providers. This defeats the purpose of me going to Advent Health Lab and I'm highly disappointed! They need to do better with making sure they check all pages to ensure they do all lab orders when a patient says they need multiple orders done!
