        I've been waiting for almost 3 hours and they still haven't seen me... my appointment was at 10:15 am, I arrived 50 minutes early and I don't know why they keep me waiting in the office for the doctor if the place is not that busy.

        Terrible service starting with the manager, a manager is the one who has to solve a problem so that his patients or clients leave satisfied. Don't tell you, there is nothing that can be done because they called you and wrote to you to cancel the appointment, much less They tell you that they called you at 4:00 pm the day before your appointment when your appointment was at 8:30 in the morning. It is not possible for them to cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, an appointment that you had already scheduled 2 months in advance and they tell you another appointment and for when there is an appointment, for a month later.
