    When they're good, they're good. They did my kitchen remodel beautifully and quickly so we agreed to do our master bath with them-- big mistake! The contractors were late or no show multiple times, they put our vessel sinks in the wrong spot resulting in our having to buy completely new mirrors out of pocket and what's worse is they installed our zero entry shower wrong and water was leaking everywhere damaging our baseboards! Weeks & weeks of phone calls later they finally fixed it with little urgency and no apology. Andrea was their top designer and even she left. Customer service for addressing mistakes is non existent. As 'nice' as everyone is I would no longer recommend this company at this point.

    We used AG Kitchen and Bath for new kitchen counter tops. They were great! They were on time, professional and did quality work. When the fit wasn't right for the counter top, they came out took the piece back to the shop and brought it back same day. Their customer service level was excellent. I highly recommend them!

    We just had our master bath updated by replacing the tub/shower combination with a walk in shower and the vanity counter replaced with granite and an under counter sink. We couldn't be happier with the results. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the attention to detail during the installation process. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathrooms. I will definitely use them again when I redo my other bathroom.

    I received unprofessional services from the designer and the owner of this company. I am very regret to choose them for my counter top, tile floor , shower area in master bathroom and backsplash installation in my house. They have a very seriously communication problem within the company and with their customer (me), I am not going to write every single things in details, because they got a lot. 1. My designer told me the whole project will be done in 2 weeks, which the actual length of the job took almost 4 weeks. 2. I understand the company can be busy, but there are several times that I expect their responses about the project, but it took me quite couple days to receive nothing, and I have to contact the company again to get their attention and reply. 3. I addressed some problems of the work in my house, I took photos and sent to the owner and my designer to notice and fix them before things go wrong, however 2 days later the work still went wrong, e.g. wrong tile at the foyer area, workers didn't know the exact area needs to replace to tile, I need to purchase a transition piece to make the floor looks not that awful because of their mistakes. I expect the company is professional on the work and also the customer service. However, I did experienced their unprofessional couple times. I never been in this industry, as a customer, I need professional advice and suggestion in order to make my house look pretty and that's the reason why I need a professional designer to help me. Unfortunately, my designer and the owner are not professional enough to help me or understand me. 1. When I asked for my designer's opinion for choosing the color of the grout using to match my bathroom tile, she suggested 2 colors to me, and I chose one of them based on her opinion, when the day the workers applied grout, it looked totally not okay. 2. The day we talked about the niche position in the shower area (after we signed the contract and paid the first payment), the designer agreed to put 2 small niches, she measured the size and wrote it down on the wall for the workers to see, but the workers only put 1 big niches in the position that I don't agree with. I called my designer about this, she explained the price that I pay is only for 1 niche, not for 2. I don't understand how come she still agreed to put 2 niches for me after I signed the contract then made excuse saying I don't pay enough for 2 niches? She blamed on me not paying enough. 3. While the workers are putting tiles on the bath tub area, I addressed it is not going to look good and I found another way to make it look better by using some more quartz on the top of the bath tub. I called my designer directly, and asked why she never mentioned about the problem and suggest a better solution to solve it before, I expect she should professional enough to address problems before it happens. Her answer made me really upset and frustrated at that moment. She said " I can't read your mind, I don't know this is the way you want." and " you are the one that want a lower price, I try to cut the budget so you can have a lower price, the way that you want cause you more money, that's why I don't mention this to you." She blamed on me not paying enough money to them again. Looks like everything is my fault. Well, how can we fix this problem, they asked me to pay $800 more, but I refused, I do not accept their unprofessional to cost me money to fix the problem. Her attitude made me feel really bad. 4. Base on what happened above, I decided to seek for the owner's help and express my feeling on the designer making excuses on the project. But the owner refused to listen to me and gave me more attitude. I paid $16,000 for them to deliver not good work in my house because of their internal communication problem and most important I paid for them to tell me I don't paid enough to get a good job done. This is the worst company I ever had, I hope no one will experience the same after me. If you cannot afford they mess up with your house, don't take the risk to choose them.
