Waited and waited and was ignored until i ask the lady can you help me ?She was in a rush looks like i was bothering her made me feel so uncomfortable this is the third time i stop here and they make me feel like trash! I spend more than 500 dollars there and she didnt even wanted to put my gift in a bag Horrible service.

I'm thrilled to say that my visit to the store today brought a big smile to my face! Princess, Zira, Smiley, and Annabelle are such wonderful companions, and it's my pleasure that they help me make my time together enjoyable. If there's anything I need, they make sure it's done correctly, whether it's finding the perfect gift or getting some helpful tips. I'm here to say that all the negative comments are not the truth about this store. I wish you many more happy moments with Princess, Zira, Smiley, Annabelle, and friends! When you come into the store, you will be welcomed like family.

Like most of the reviews, there was a customer service issue. Initially when I walked in, the two women on the floor were assisting customers. I walked to a group of employees to inquire about a particular product. The woman (i did not get a chance to look at name tag) was extremely rude and dismissive; my brief encounter with her made me want to leave out of the store. However, I went, accompanied by my sister, who was eager to purchase sister rings for us. We waited around after I openly expressed how shocked I was by my initial encounter with an employee, I did not know what to expect next. Kayla was the employee that successfully helped my sister and I pick out our rings and also introduced us to their protection plan, which we purchased. She was extremely friendly & my sister and I left Pandora satisfied as customers who will return with the expectation of improved service from more than one employee. With the numerous reviews expressing the customer service concern, I would hope that the management evaluates how their employees engage and communicate with customers as this is an issue that should be resolved, immediately.

The attention in this place has been terrible for all the lisps that we have gone there. All the women who serve you do so as if you were a nuisance to them. Definitely if you can go to another Pandora do it and don't think about it!
