        I was a progressive client for 3-4 years with no claims. I had a new, but bad battery in my car, so I had to use roadside assistance twice in one month. During the second roadside assistance, I bought another new battery. They canceled my policy for using road side assistance twice! What a terrible company!

        A progressive client crashed my car and the report clearly shows that it was that person's fault and my car was towed away...I had to pay for the parking lot and I still can't repair my car and the adjuster's name is Inge. He doesn't respond to my emails or my calls...I have no solution, horrible experience. Don't mess with progressive NO PAY
