We contracted with this company to install a new boiler and storage tank in May of 2021. We have called numerous times to get them to do the job they promised. Excuse after excuse all the time. I definitely would not recommend Todd or this company for any work. He does not return calls, does not show up and blames everything under the sun for not being able to complete the work as promised.

We called Todd when the original AC unit in our condo stopped blowing cool air. He came out on short notice and replaced a failing part. After the unit continued to fail Todd took the time to research that type of old unit and discovered the underlying issue. He was able to come out again and that did the trick! We are so grateful that he was able to fix the unit for us on such short notice. He was honest, communicative and he really took the time to get the job done correctly. Highly recommended!

I called Todd when our furnace wasnt working and he came over to our house the same day and gave us a very honest opinion of what was going on. He wasnt pushy in any way and didnt try to sell us things that we didnt need. Ultimately, we chose to have Todd replace our furnace and he did a great job and everything is working great. I really appreciate the fair price he gave us and his honesty. I would highly recommend Temperature Needs.
