I couldn't imagine a better place for my Father's final days. All the staff was very courteous and helpful. My Father was treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. They genuinely cared for him. Different staff members took the time to explain to us the process of what he was going through and did their best to keep him comfortable. They shed tears with us and respectfully shared hugs with us during our families' toughest times. Thank you for providing a safe, compassionate place for a very difficult time.

This is an amazing place! They helped my aunt, many years ago, and recently my grandmother. The nurses were amazing!! Most staff have been there for over 10 years, the entire staff was so informative and kind, during each step of the process. Dr. Joshi was incredible and so very helpful to alleviate her pain. Thank You everyone working here for being such giving, heartfelt people!!

Read the review of Megan Weeks. We had the same terrible experience. We agree with her whole heartedly. What a horrible way to die with no dignity. No need to tell me to call them, its a little late now to care.

I had NO idea that Hospice in Florida means you are on your own. I'm appalled at the care my loved one is getting - or NOT getting. Please note that the social media manager wants to put this off on me but after more than a month we cant get their social worker to call us back, cant get a portable oxygen machine because they are out of them, we had to give UP our portable oxygen machine that Medicare provided when we joined Hospice (the rules), they have delivered the WRONG medicine 6 times, and often deliver it VERY late so we have none when we need it. Need more info? I could go on about how sucky these people are in my loved ones LAST DAYS. SHAMEFUL

Having a loved one at a hospice facility is really difficult to deal with. Choosing this facility for my father was the best decision. The nurses and all the staff were incredible. Everyone was very patient and understanding. The place is very clean and is open 24 hours. We were able to spend every night with my father and have all our family with us. Also, the best doctor Dr. Akakabota. Not only is she the best doctor but just an incredible person. She is the reason we decided to transfer my father to this facility. She was very patient with us and explained everything very well. When we decided to bring my father home for his last days, she was very supportive and took care of all the process to make it easier for us. Even the nurses that came to our home were amazing and punctual. It was very hard for my family to have my father at a hospice facility but all that mattered was my fathers comfort. Im glad all the staff was very delightful and supportive during these difficult times.
