It is always a pleasure going to Dr Stephanie and receiving acupuncture, herbs, and great advice! She is a very qualified, knowledgeable, and caring person! I have been under Dr Stephanies care for a digestive disorder for a long time and she keeps it manageable! She is very professional and responsive to my questions and concerns! Dr Stephanie also has been treating my back pain, knee pain, and foot pain following foot surgery in January. I always leave there free from pain and discomfort. And smiling! I look very forward to my weekly sessions with Dr Stephanie! Shes the absolute best!

went for my consultation in january and was very pleased. the doctor doesnt take any insurance so I needed some time to save up money for the herbal teas she recommended. when I called back in march, the gentleman that answers the call was pretty unpleasant. said I could pick up the herbs the doctor recommended back in january by end of day. I left work early to drive to the other side of town to pick up my herbs and the only to not get them. when i got there, the doctor didnt even remember what my concerns / symptoms were when I came to pick up the herbs. how could she have prepared the herbs if she didnt even know of my symptoms?? then she said I told him I didnt have all the herbs for you. theyll be in early next week its been two weeks and although ive called and left voicemails, I have heard nothing from this doctors office. I will be looking for a new doctor elsewhere.

Working with Dr. Stephanie was the best experience! She helped me through my IVF treatments. I started seeing her about 6 months before I had my embryo transfer. My stress level went down, I felt calmer and more centered after beginning treatments with her. I continued my appointments with Dr. Stephanie through the embryo transfer and well into my 3rd trimester. I cannot say enough great things about working with Dr. Stephanie! She is caring, kind, a great listener, incredibly professional and I highly recommend any IVF mama to work with her, she will be with you every step of the way! Dr. Stephanie was a huge component to our successful pregnancy - we now have a beautiful baby girl! We will forever be grateful Dr. Stephanie was a part of our journey!!

Great acupuncture here, very relaxing and effective at releasing tension. The herbs I was prescribed here helped me with a bacterial infection that antibiotics had failed to cure. Would recommend checking New Direction out!
