Called today to get some financial guidance. Spoke with Ashley and after throughly explaining my situation to her she tells me she isn't a financial planner, and gave me a phone number unrelated to any of the conversation I had with her. I literally got nowhere today. Very disappointed.

I have been a client since 2005. I trust Joe, Aaron, and the team of fiduciaries to safely build my retirement account, which they certainly have done. I decided to retire early and began receiving monthly payments from my retirement account. Ten years later I had the same principal amount as the day i retired (which is outstanding considering the amount which has been paid to me over these 10 years.) If you are looking for integrity, wise investing, and a company you can be proud to be associated with, certified financial is top of the list in my opinion.

Historically I have likened working with a financial planner to going to a dentist and having a root canal. You know you need to do it, and you will feel better after, but you keep putting it off due to the fear of pain. Well, Certified Financial Services eradicated all that fear. Their level of professionalism and evident care for our financial wellbeing is off the charts.

We recently met with our financial advisers at CFG to review our financial plan. While the CFPs do the heavy lifting (financially speaking), we value being a part of making our plan and monitoring our progress. We are immeasurably grateful for the professionals at Certified Financial Group who take the worry out of planning for our future. Their work frees up our time and energy to do the things we enjoy.

We have been blessed by CFG for the past 10 years, and are impressed with their global perspective on investments. They have been consistently proactive about risk mitigation as well as identifying opportunities for high value investments, all the while regularly keeping us informed of new trends. They have earned our trust through the years, to the point that we no longer lose sleep over the roller coaster that is the the Dow, NASDAQ, etc. Their financial reports are comprehensive and they are good at explaining all things financial at a level geared to their individual client's needs. They also are able to give excellent advice on financial matters beyond just investments. They won't always tell you what you want to hear but will always tell you what you need to hear!
