I should have stayed in a campground. There would have been less bugs and they would have had hot water Choice Hotels Since the pandemic you have been straight trash Shame on you The staff was nice but rooms had bugs Was dirty No hot water Thank goodness I was only there overnight Pathetic You should be ashamed of yourself

Great staff with exceptional customer service excellent location right down the street from a major mall with plenty of spots to eat as well as shops. Front desk, staff made me feel welcome immediately, and housekeeping was on top of everything. would definitely recommend to any out-of-towners trying to save a couple bucks and still get exceptional. Customer service and stay. Rooms: Rooms are well-maintained, as well as clean, had no issues whatsoever as well as the staff being friendly, accommodating and attentive to our needs would definitely recommend and will come back in time. Nearby activities: Having a major mall as well as quite a few restaurants featuring major chain, restaurants, Altamonte is always having tons of activities. Whether its food truck venues, art expose or just community oriented activities around the lake that make it an enjoyable experience. Safety: Being so close to the Altamonte Springs Police Department, as well as their substations one can be assured that any issues will be addressed immediately given such close proximity. Walkability: If youre willing to uptown Altamonte is just a short trot down the street with a wonderful location to get some exercise or just kill some time surrounding Cranes Roost which is a lake with a fitness path encircling it. Food & drinks: Being at the Altamont mall and uptown, Altamonte locations are so close one could walk or even take affordable Uber or other ride service and find a multitude of delicious restaurants available. Noteworthy details: The front desk staff in particular made me feel welcome right from the get-go.

Came in for 1 night to go to the Crane's Roost Art Festival, which was walking distance - very convenient. Nice big room, newly renovated, very clean, great customer service. The front desk helped me find nearby places to eat. Will stay again! Walkability: Close to the festival.
