The associates are professional, they have a wide variety in beauty products, prices are not the best but they always have a coupon in the website that you can use in store and online. Also, you get to earn rewards that you can use as credits towards your balance.

ROSEY IN THE SALON IS AWESOME. Came in with no reference photo, just ideas. She walked me through the whole process, each step and answered any questions I had without being annoyed Was even nice to just have a casual conversation during the hair cut (which I prefer) I loved the cut and style she gave me, but I even got compliments while still sitting in the chair from other guests watching her style it!

Fenty Beauty associate was very passive aggressive. She approached me as I was in the drug store area and asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for products to do a soft make up look, but that I wanted to stay on the cheaper end of things. She color matched me for a Fenty product, then used a primer, an eye treatment, and a moisturizer. She asked me what products I wanted and I said I would purchase the Fenty product only. She said I should get the moisturizer and when I asked how much it was she said $69.00 and how I could use after pay, so basically I wouldnt be paying for it. I declined again and walked away. She found me again in the store and tried to sell me the moisturizer again, after I said several times I wasnt interested. She then tried to sell the same expensive moisturizer to someone else. This overall experience wasnt a good one.

Staff were courteous and helpful. They dress the part...great clothes and makeup and a diverse staff which was nice to see. They helped me find what I needed. I walked out with a great deal from the clearance section (at the back left of the store).
