        Had trouble at first adding a new phone to my plan but Andrew stayed patient and smiling. He made it a great experience. He was super consistent and made sure we got what we needed.

        I had the worst experience with Cricket wireless in Altamonte Springs. I was in need of a phone so i went to my wireless provider Cricket wireless for over 3 years & bought a Samsung phone. Two month later i wanted to leave to another carier when i find out that Cricket wireless & Samsum are deceiving the customer by not telling then that the phone can't be unlock until after 6 month. Let's mention that i have a no contract service but i have been force to stay with them. Sounds to me like a Monopoly wich is a crime in this country. To all of consumer of hard earn money STAY CLEAR FROM THIS KIND OF BUSINESS THAT ARE DISEIVING THE PUBLIC
