AT&T Store

I left Verizon after 25 years,and went with at&t 5 months ago,the help in store is average, my complaint is with service do not walk run worst phone service,so far a day and half no service and just had my lifelock just made me aware that today 7.5 million names,ss,all your private info is now on dark web and 65 million at&t previous customers are also now found on dark web again no warning or apologies this company is not only bad,it's now a danger for all our personal information. 4/1/24.you heard it here before at&t tells ya.

Kenya was exceptional! She not only solved the problem we went in for she helped us untangle a mess from a previous account, upgrade current phone and plan while saving money as well as add a line. All with a pleasing personality and no pressure. This location is my go to for year and will continue to be. Excellent customer service.

I started with Jon, who was amazing he did not have the time to stay with me through the whole process, but he was very nice about it, and then I was given to Michelle who was just as nice. The whole store even the manager was helpful in Jon's absence. If I could go back and experience everything how it happened, would I go back absolutely! Thanks for helping me upgrade my Samsung!

Michelle was very nice but unfortunately caused quite the painful ordeal when we went in to purchase a new iPhone 15 Pro. I've been an AT&T customer since they acquired Cingular almost 20 years ago, and we were very close to dropping AT&T completely. In the end, they lost on a sale and installment plan as we ended up getting the phone from the Apple Store. Since the color we wanted was not in stock, she assured us that they could ship the device and it would arrive at our house the next day, which was OK since we were traveling the following day. When the order confirmation came through, it said shipping could take up to 3 days. I mentioned this to her at the store, but she ignored me. We could have gotten a different color. I understand that the store was about to close and there was another customer waiting. The next morning at 8:00am we tried canceling the order through customer service and it was impossible. We were told we'd have to wait for it to arrive to return it. So we went to the Apple Store to buy the same phone unlocked, but then had the issue that it couldn't be activated until the order was complete. Two days later and after multiple customer service reps, we were able to get the new phone activated. The other phone finally arrived 5 days after the order was placed, and we couldn't return it at the corporate store since only customer service could generate a return label for a non-activated phone. This meant another phone call and another trip to actually return the device. They warned me about a $55 restocking fee, but after thoroughly making my case, they agreed to waive it.
