Its hard to come to the conclusion that you need to file bankruptcy and then find an attorney that will help you through the process. I found Mr Roberts through reviews and I couldn't be happier! He was there to answer all questions no matter how little and he was always on top of things. He explained things clearly and made sure I understood what the process was.
