Nine 12 Gateway

My wife Christy and i had fantastic visit & tour last week and should find out soon if we'll be the newest residents here. Everything was gorgeous, including but not limited to the Pool and lake area and the prospective apartment we toured. If you're looking, I highly recommend this beautiful complex!

I've been at nine 12 Gateway going on my second year. I love it here. It's very clean, quiet and well kept up inside and outside grounds are alway kept clean. Security here is safe, you never know whose watching but they are. The office management Lynn and Jose along with maintenance are great they are alway available for you when you need there help. I almost lost the opportunity to renew but Jose kept me updated on what was coming available for what I needed. . This is a great team and a wonderful place to live. The picture you see on there website is just what this place look like and better. They even have food yruck come even when you don't feel like cooking. Chanelle is great very nice representative. I love speaking with Sophia she alway has the answer you need and will make sure you are ok. Thank you again Nine12 Gateway for making me feel at home. F. Powell
