        Heres the thing, there are nice UPS stores with good customer service. It cant take more than 3 minites longer to get to one. It is worth the 3 minute investment. The lady here tricked my wife into paying (UPS sent a package to our home by mistake) we brought it in for them to take to the correct address then they charged us! (We are not thr recipient nor the sender, just an unrelated third party) and the lady at the counter put her store's policy on display outright claiming to not care. (She said the words "i don't care") She would not listen-interrupted me-and asked of i spoke english (native speaker here, she was not.) She sounded too old to act so childish. Will never go here again. At a nearby store Adam said there is no charge to return to sender for them sending to the wrong address. I will go to Adam's store instead. He listened instead of antagonizing, and was able to solve my problem.
