Excellent. Clean, and well stocked with parts. A nice selection of units and they didn’t force me to ride with some Earl type in a golf cart out to the north forty as he tries to show you twice what you are looking for whilst talking about his problem with shingles.

Speechless! =( Same issue reported by another unsatisfied client: They wrote: "We would give them zero stars if we could. Their Service Department is awful!!!! Had our camper for a month for some warranty work, and absolutely nothing was done when we picked it up. Still mechanic issues, water leaks, etc . Techs are not well trained, and some smell / look like they have been drinking before reporting to work. Called them multiple times everyday and no one answers the phone. Left messages and they can't even return a call. We will never take our camper back there. Warranty or not, we'll pay out of pocket if we have too. Very unsatisfied customers!

Stay far far away from this place We brought our new camper to this RV1 for a refrigerator repair. They said they fixed it, it was under warranty, and we towed it home. Only to find out it was NOT fixed. We made another appointment, towed it back out and left it for two days. We were clear what we needed and that we had to pick it up by 5 PM Friday. They assured us it would be finished. We went out their at 3 PM Friday, it had not been looked at, and they said they would get to it. We sat their for two hours, no one looked at it, and we towed it home without the repair. We will be using a COOLER this weekend. Thanks RVOne. We even bought this from RV One and still got horrible service. Too busy to fix it? Service manager is out? Fine. Just tell us! Don't tell us you'll fix it then make excuses when you don't. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.

In the short time I have been a customer at RV One of Gainesville, I have seen a commitment to customer satisfaction and a gradual improvement in the service department. The service department receptionist, Nicole, is excellent at her job and handled our needs with care and compassion. The service department mechanic, Mark, was informative and reliable. I am eager to see this store continue to improve and thrive.
