        Scam artist. Put an order in online for lunch and the store was closed when I got there. Been calling non stop for a refund. No one picks up or gets back to me. Would at least appreciate refund!

        We were there late on Friday night 1/12/24 and the two young men ( making our food and cleaning the restaurant) were so kind and pleasant and did not rush us out. Thank you

        Good, fast, friendly service. Food is what you expect when going to Moe's. Salsa bar is always nice and fresh.

        I went into Moes after a year of avoiding this place because of a prior poor experience. I shouldve kept away. Let me state that there was a young man with brown hair who was very upbeat and friendly even though they were out of almost everything. I let it go. A young skinny lady with dark hair comes out and has zero management skills. Customer service is key as I also work in this industry. She tells me they are out of chips guac and meat. Crazy for a Tex-Mex place but I said thats fine Ill get a burrito bowl. Then a third meat is now also out. I selected a make shift burrito bowl and proceeded to pay, as I was ordering I clearly stated I had free queso in the app and I intended to use it but online ordering was down. Apparently they have been without wifi for days because of a storm. Didnt offer queso or sour cream. I asked again at the register. I am getting a burrito bowl because my young daughter doesnt like big burritos and she wanted it. As I go to use the moes app for the queso it cant be used because I came on moes Monday. Had I not thoroughly expressed I came in because of of the moes app queso and we had a conversation before I paid I would understand her complete lack of professionalism. A mixed gentleman tried to help the situation. At that point she kept repeating what do you want me to do when I am taking less because you have nothing available and have pulled everything up well before closing yet again! Spend your money elsewhere until management gets this location up to par.
