Huge mistake using this office . So many of the staff aren't able to do basic account tasks. I added a truck, it was never put on my insurance and when I went to pay, Makenzie took a payment she never applied . So it cost me 107$.for nothing, so I feel robbed by this office .And their still charging me for a truck ive never been given a insurance card for .total disgrace of a office , be careful here , most of them are out sick, on vacation or having a baby or better yet Ryan is out of the office .But yet they celebrate every little thing that goes on and no one takes care of the clients Horrible business RUN maybe be fine for a few months, but you'll see Worst state farm office
