All together amazing team!! Rae and the nursing staff are so nice and make you feel welcome! Dr McCauley and Dr Rosario and the other nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend!!

Been going to these guys for years! The staff are very friendly and efficient and the providers really care about and establish a good report with their patients. I also love that I dont have to drive to Gainesville or Lake City to get medical care since the office is right here in Alachua.

I highly recommend McCauley & Associates! The front staff, Jane, is awesome and very welcoming! I seen Crystal and she was very compassionate, caring, and professional when it came to my healthcare. I was very comfortable with opening up to her with all of my concerns, which is something very hard for me to do and she made it so easy for me. I can not thank Alexis and Crystal enough for all of their help with my care. They both always go over and beyond!

Incompetent and rude staff at front desk, no customer service skills. We were advised to bring in a sick 2yr old, spent 2hrs in preparation only to find out in the office itself that dr.Rosario has made a change and is 'no longer accepting 2yr olds' whilst the front desk advised he would be (we would of course go somewhere else instead). The front desk was rude to my wife and just walked away saying 'i'm sorry you don't like it'. When i called them up and called out the fact that they wasted time for family with a sick child, they hung up on me. Good luck getting good service from these people, utterly rude
